Excellent experience. Helped me work with the insurance adjuster and followed through on all aspects to replace my large roof. Workers were excellent completed the work with no issues and did a very good clean up. No surprises. All work completed as proposed. The roof looks great and I had a great experience. Southern Star Roofing is top notch. They communicate very well and did not require me to be home at the time of my roof repair. I worked through Claire who explained what repairs I needed done, how long the work would take and an appropriate quote. After not finding a better quote out there, I contacted Claire to get set up. When the work was complete, they even sent pictures of exactly what was fixed and why before I paid the invoice. They also fixed a couple of shingles at no extra charge after I did not request them to be replaced initially. Great people and even better service!
