Southern Star Roofing was fantastic! We called them for a free estimate for our new roof and from the estimate to the clean-up we were impressed. Very responsive, respectful and knowledgeable. Brendan gave came out within a few days of my initial call to schedule an estimate and patiently answered all of my questions and efficiently collected the measurements he needed, the entire appointment took no longer than 30 minutes. The crew came out to install our roof a couple weeks later but could have come sooner if our schedule had allowed. They were respectful and did a fantastic job prepping our yard and house to keep things as clean as possible. It took them a little longer than the estimated day to complete the job but a few members of the crew returned the next day to finish up & did exactly what they needed to before finishing clean-up. We are very tidy and the clean-up impressed us! The magnet they wheel around the house & driveway to collect nails was very impressive and clean-up was very thorough. We are more than pleased with our new roof!!!

Continue to be supportive of Southern Star. Will not find a company more willing to work with you and meet your needs. I had work done with them a year ago and when I needed some soffit repair and they were the first and only repair agency to come to mind. They will take care of you and I firmly believe you won't find better service in the greater Charlotte area! Southern Star Roofing is top notch. They communicate very well and did not require me to be home at the time of my roof repair. I worked through Claire who explained what repairs I needed done, how long the work would take and an appropriate quote. After not finding a better quote out there, I contacted Claire to get set up. When the work was complete, they even sent pictures of exactly what was fixed and why before I paid the invoice. They also fixed a couple of shingles at no extra charge after I did not request them to be replaced initially. Great people and even better service!

This is the best roofing company in Charlotte. Brandon is fantastic to work with (he really knows his stuff). His crew was poignant and polite. They finished the house by 1:30 in the afternoon. Brandon and his team at Southern Star Roofing & Construction are EXCELLENT! We recently had our roof replaced by them and he made the whole process from start to finish super easy for us. Excellent experience. Helped me work with the insurance adjuster and followed through on all aspects to replace my large roof. Workers were excellent completed the work with no issues and did a very good clean up. No surprises. All work completed as proposed. The roof looks great and I had a great experience.
