General Summary and Requirements

Perform tasks involving physical labor at residential and commercial construction projects. May operate a variety of hand and power tools. May clean and prepare sites, install roofing, windows, siding, gutter system, drywall, painting, and other general construction duties. Will clean up rubble and debris and remove waste materials. May assist other craft workers. Maintain a clean job site: pick up all tools and equipment and secure job site each day in order to eliminate potential hazards. Ensure that proper safety and incident reporting procedures are followed. Ability to work independently and complete daily activities according to work schedule. Ability to understand, follow and transmit written and oral instructions. Ability to meet attendance schedule with dependability and consistency. Excellent stamina is required. Must possess or be able to obtain a valid and appropriate state driver’s license prior to employment. Provide Worker’s Compensation as required by law. Must keep with OSHA compliancy and prevention practices. Must treat customer, residential or commercial property with the utmost care, respect, and consideration.
